As we continue to invest in cancer care across the province—from life-saving equipment to patient supports—we are building a stronger development team to meet the growing needs of Saskatchewan people and their families.
Based in Regina and reporting to the CEO, the Development Officer is a dynamic, hands-on fundraising role supporting a broad portfolio of donors across annual, major, and planned giving.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a portfolio of donors at all giving levels
- Support and grow mid-level and leadership giving programs
- Lead and expand the Foundation’s planned and legacy giving efforts
- Deliver meaningful stewardship and donor experiences
- Engage with the community through events and outreach
Who we’re looking for:
- An emerging fundraising professional with a proven track record and ready to grow
- A confident relationship-builder and a strong communicator who builds trust easily and naturally
- Someone who is organized, curious, and motivated to learn
- A compassionate professional comfortable supporting legacy and estate conversations
Other Important Details
This position is located in Regina.
We offer a progressive, supportive work environment with a full benefits package including a matching RRSP program.
Base salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
