Rachael Burgess managed the marketing department for an IT staffing firm before joining the Communications team at Reconstructing Judaism. She flourished working on fundraising events, leading webinars and educating the leaders of Reconstructionist communities about how to best market their congregations. In 2017, she was recruited onto the fundraising team at Reconstructing Judaism, where she continued to thrive as a major gifts officer.
She began working with Havaya Summer Programs and connecting with the incredible people who support its meaningful work.
Rachael is an Arizona native living in Philadelphia with her partner, Michael, and their cat, Oreo. She holds a master’s degree in Public Relations from Rowan University.
