Hugh provided an overview in relation to AFP's Code of Ethics Standard 5: Members shall comply with all applicable local, state, provincial and federal civil and criminal laws. Hugh, who formerly served in the Hawaii Attorney Generals office for 24 years including his service as Supervising Deputy Attorney in the Tax & Charities Division. Hugh provided important information about charitable fundraising regulation that all non-profit organizations should be aware of.
