Lead with Your Strengths: A New Approach to Nonprofit Leadership

When:  Feb 27, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM (CT)

Our guest speaker, Kait Tsyver will lead the discussion on effective Leadership.

Effective leadership has a lot to do with inspiring, aligning and then activating -- but it doesn't end there. Improving your leadership begins with a focus on improving what you're already good at! The Gallup Organization calls that leading with your strengths: the things that come naturally to you and that help you succeed daily. When you intentionally apply your strengths as a leader, that's when your life and the lives of those you lead begin to change. This one hour presentation will give you an overview of what strengths-based leadership means and how you can begin your journey to learn what your unique approach to leadership looks like in the nonprofit world.

***Following the presentation, each attendee will receive a discount to take the Clifton Strengths assessment, as well as a discount for attending a 3-hour workshop on Effective Leadership!***
