Our May program on planned giving sparked an important conversation about legacy giving. We often talk with donors about the impact they want to leave behind through their estate plans, retirement assets, or long-term philanthropy. It also made me reflect on a different question: What legacies are we, as fundraisers, leaving behind through our own careers?
