Don’L Nicol is an experienced CFRE-certified fundraiser with a graduate degree in Nonprofit Management. She has over a decade of experience working in annual and capital fundraising both as a frontline fundraiser and behind the scenes as a database administrator. Her most notable fundraising efforts have included a $2 million capital campaign that resulted in the first LGBTQ+-affirming affordable senior housing facility in Texas, urgent disaster relief response fundraising in response to Hurricane Harvey, special events guest management, omni-channel annual giving, third party events, donor data management and stewardship program management.
