Are your donors engaged? How do you know? Analytics can help you to learn from current efforts and to adapt strategy to improve engagement. Speakers Rachel Veron and Marci Bradley will show you how to measure and monitor engagement using what data you already have. They will discuss engagement scores - what they are and why organizations are using them. Finally, they’ll conduct a live case study with audience participation!
Rachel Veron MPAff, PhD
Rachel Veron helps organizations to make stronger, data-informed decisions. She founded Ruby Research, a team of freelance specialists in research, business intelligence, and analytics, in 2021. Her background is in applied economics, public policy, and mixed methods research, with a particular focus in human services, workforce development, education, and philanthropy.
She earned her BS in Economics from Louisiana State University and her Masters of Public Affairs and PhD in Public Policy from The University of Texas at Austin.
Marci Bradley, CFRE
Marci Bradley, CFRE has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than seven years with a wide variety of organizations including health and human services, youth development, and higher education institutions around the United States. Through her years of experience, she has developed a unique skill set in nonprofit operations, fund development, event planning, and grant-making.
She chose to launch Marci Bradley Consulting because she understands the challenges nonprofits face with limited time, funding, and human resources. Through her consulting services, Marci helps organizations make meaningful connections with donors and develop strategic ideas and creative solutions to build their philanthropic capacity and increase their impact.
Marci has been licensed as a Certified Fund Raising Executive since 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, a Master of Art in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and is a graduate of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation’s Development Fellows program.
