I work in annual giving and am working to develop a dashboard of sorts (in Excel for the time being) where I can see total given, # of gifts and # of donors broken down by appeal, drilling down even further to see # mailed, cost per piece and response rates for each of our direct mail appeals (we do three per year), all on the same dashboard.
Can anyone share a template that they've found to be useful to look at these data points?
