To qualify for the AFPSBV member discount, at least one individual from your organization must have a current chapter membership. Membership is verified by AFPSBV.
As a benefit to its members, the Santa Barbara/Ventura Counties Chapter of AFP is pleased to share information about development/fundraising job openings. It is the Chapter's policy to charge individuals/organizations who wish to publicize their job openings through the chapter. These charges are as follows:

NEW POLICY FOR POSTING
In order to promote gender and racial pay equity, AFP is leading the way and will be requiring salary ranges for all new positions posted on the AFPSBV Job Board. This information must be included in the PDF.
We understand this might be a significant change for some organizations, but all of us at AFP strongly believe this is an important shift in increasing equity, inclusion and fairness in the fundraising profession.

If the job description is submitted without the salary range we will return it and ask that it be updated to include that information.

Please send a PDF of your job posting to email@example.com. Be sure to include how applicants are to apply for your position and where they should submit their documents by embedding the link within the PDF. Do not send link separately in your email message.
Job postings are updated once a week, and all position announcements are posted on the AFPSBV Job Board for 90 days. Position announcements are also included in AFPSBV's e-newsletter that is sent twice a month to over 1,000 members and non-members who have opted to receive these notifications.
We will follow up with an invoice within a week of submitting your job.
