Webinar: "Productivity: Getting Stuff Done"

When:  Feb 20, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (CST)

Adapted to a Zoom webinar after popular reception at National Philanthropy Day in November 2024!

As busy professionals in the nonprofit sector, the number of items on our to-do lists often exceeds our bandwidth of what we can accomplish each day. Effective skills can significantly impact the success of a grant professional, enabling us to make the most of our most valuable resource—time.

During this interactive session, participants will learn practical task-prioritizing skills and time management strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Mastering these tools helps individuals reduce stress, increasing job satisfaction and success for you and your agency. The slate of tested time and project management tools shared allows participants to explore and select various methods that can transform their work.

Participants in this session should expect to achieve the following learning objectives: (1) review time management theories and explore how they relate to nonprofit work; (2) explore time and project management tools and strategies that can enhance daily productivity; and (3) discuss the significance of identifying and testing various techniques and strategies for effective time management.

Additionally, good time management can improve work/life balance and happiness, reduce the need for “heroics” to complete tasks on time, and increase the ability to be nimble and address last-minute tasks or concerns that arise.
